Music Worldwide is a full service event management company operating in various sectors of the events industry from music events, festivals, community events, government and local authority events, media events, artist showcases, educational programmes, arts and cultural events, to corporate and private functions.


We are an innovative and flexible events company that can work with clients as full event producers, or as consultants supporting a specific area of a brief, working in joint partnership.


Our services include; event planning and logistics, artistic programming, site design, risk assessment, health & safety documentation, licensing, technical production management (stages, audio, lighting, backline), site crew and event staffing, research, evaluation and reporting.

Connecting Cultures

Connecting Cultures is a year-round multicultural performance and education programme by Music Worldwide, supported by Arts Council England and Norfolk County Council with Norfolk Music Hub partners. It brings school workshops and concerts that explore sacred music and voices from diverse faiths across Norwich and Norfolk.

Immersive, curriculum-linked workshops led by global artists across music, dance and culture. Delivered in primary, secondary, SEND, FE and HE settings, as well as festivals, conferences and corporate. Choose from a wide range of styles from djembe, samba and tabla to flamenco and bhangra, with optional teacher packs and classroom lesson guides.

Bespoke, themed entertainment for corporate, private and special events. From Bollywood, Brazilian carnival and Cuban nights to Greek, Arabic and Americana, we book world class artists and DJs, dress your venue, and match catering and bars to the theme. For stadiums, conference centres, marquees, gardens and river cruises.
